BUMS N TUMS It is all in the name - this class is all based around those trouble areas - bums and tummy's. The hour consists of more strength and conditioning exercises, rather than cardio and is a great way to tone up our bums and strengthen up our core.

Great for any age and all types of fitness levels as you can go at your own pace.
STRETCH & FLEX A must do class with a combination of dynamic & static stretches and foam roller exercises. This is great for all fitness level for recovery and to increase flexibility to help reduce injury and increase range of motion. Nothing like a good stretch out!
